VoteMatch ranks Members of the European Parliament according to your political preferences.

VoteMatch allows you to vote on the same European laws as Members of the Europarliament (MEPs) and compare your preferences to theirs. This application compares the votes you cast with those of the 736 MEPs, the seven political groups and the 163 national political parties currently represented in the EP.

Is this the first time you use VoteMatch? If so, you will be asked to enter your email address and create a password. This helps us prevent abuse of the tool that would result in a skewing of aggregate results. The information you provide will only be used for the purpose of statistical analysis. It will not be passed on to third parties and it will not be used to send you messages, except in relation to your use of this application.

Our goal is to increase transparency in EU decision-making by making information on decision-making by the European Parliament and the Council of Ministers available in a user-friendly format that can be easily accessed and digested by citizens, the media, NGOs, the private sector and anyone else interested in EU affairs. VoteWatch.eu believes that by making it easier for voters to follow the activities of the EU's legislative bodies, they will gain a better understanding of, and greater interest in, how EU politics affects their daily lives. VoteWatch.eu is a Community Interest Company (CIC) registered in London. We rely largely on grants and donations to finance our activities.
